At Sarrabi we care for our customers and always do our best to make you satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item for any reason we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise purchased online, except on sale items and if otherwise stated.

RETURNS FOR REGULAR PRICED ITEMS

We have a 14-day return policy for regular priced items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for return applies for the following:

  • A manufactured defect or damage in the item
  • A mix-up in your order (Wrong item Delivered)
  • A change of mind in the colour the item must be unused, this means there are no hair oil marks, no perfume scent, no usage and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in.  

Please note that customers are required to cover any applicable shipping costs for the return, this applies to both UK & International Customers. Customers are also responsible to ensure we recieve the product at our return address. We are also unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping for the order you wish to return. 

At this time we do not offer a pre-paid return option for both Local & International Returns. We recommend that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return. You are solely responsible for the shipping costs of this return.

RETURN FOR SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during a final sale/clearance sale/ or any sale made on the Sarrabi website are not eligible for any form of return.

REFUND

After your return has been received and inspected, a notification will be sent to you through email. This process can take up to 7 working days so please be patient.

Refunds are also initiated under the following circumstances:

  • Your delivery destination is not within our shipping zones

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed and credited into your original method of payment which takes 5 to 10 working days. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet please check your bank account again. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us through email on customer@sarrabi.com 

Please note that SARRABI reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange or refund based on our return policy requirements.

SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR RETURN

Kindly contact us on email: customer@sarrabi.com stating your order number and reason for return in order to be sent the correct shipping address.

EUROPE - UNCLAIMED PACKAGE RETURN

Please note: Due to Brexit, the UK are no longer part of the EU. Orders to Europe may be subject to customs duties, taxes and/or customs processing fees, which are determined by the destination country’s government. Sarrabi is not responsible for customs charges incurred on all international deliveries. If you fail to pay the tax, the package will be returned to Sarrabi and we will only refund for the items purchased EXCLUDING SHIPPING FEES.
